Introduction
The idea for Aatelier started in 2020 when we were helping fellow artists in Bali reach wider audiences.
We experienced firsthand how overvalued works strangely coexist with undervalued artists, and how artists are bound by the market perception in their creative exploration. We want to challenge that. Aatelier strives to promote values traditionally overlooked in the industry - inclusivity, transparency, and equity.

The Team
The founding team is led by Alvita Chen and consists of a professional artist, a software engineer, and a digital strategist based in Bali. Each bringing significant experience to help make a better world for artists.
